Return & Refund Policy

At MartQuickly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Intimate or sanitary products
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Certain health and personal care items
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@martquickly.store or through our contact page. Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your return. Please do not send items back without first obtaining an RMA number, as this may delay or prevent your refund.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 business days.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
If your return is rejected (e.g., item shows signs of use or is not in original condition), we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
5. Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
6. Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement item or issuing a full refund including any shipping charges.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company (refunds may take time to officially post)
- Contact your bank (processing times vary)
- If you've done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us
